1. 5G mobile data usage will be effective upon SIM activation. $198 stored value will be deducted immediately.

2. Subject to the expiry date as printed on the SIM Cardholder, mobile data service is valid from the next day upon activation to the 30th day 23:59 (Hong Kong time).

3. When data usage reached to 15GB, data service will be automatically terminated

4. Mobile data service is only accessible in Mainland China and Macau, but not in other areas.
5. Designated operators (Mainland China: CMCC; Macau: CTM).  CMHK reserves its absolute right to change the operator at any time without prior notice to the Customer.
6. Only mobile data are supported, neither voice, SMS nor value-added service.
7. All mobile data usage consumed via designated operators during the service period (starting from the next day upon activation to the 30th day Hong Kong time 23:59) will be deducted from this card. CMHK reserves its absolute right to change the operator at any time without prior notice to the customer.
8. In those Mainland China / Macau areas where the 5G networks are not available, CMHK / designated operators will provide the service under 4G/3G/2G network. The use of designated handset model(s) or device(s) are required for using 5G network service.
9. Actual data transmission speed may vary due to many factors, including but not limited to network provider, network usage, handset model, setting (including handset hardware and software), upload/download content and other external factors.
10. This Card is for one-off use only. Refill is not applicable.
